Even though we are all different, and all come from different paths in life, we all have lessons we've learned and stories to tell. Our purpose is to share these experiences with you, the ones that make us who we are, and show you how we have grown as people to help you through your own struggles. After all, being an adult is hard, and handling what comes with that is even harder. So, let's figure it out together.
Get to know more about Katt Sias
Lets talk, who is Katt. I'm known by friends and family as Katt, actually really anyone please call me Katt. I hear Kathryn and I think, Oh no, I am in BIG trouble. Born in December 1993, had three different elementaries, one middle school and three different high schools, with some college, in a spread of three different states. I have jumped a wide spread of careers, grew as a person and learned A LOT about relationships.
I am not the "normal" (if such a word exists) girl who graduated college, loved my career, family gatherings were great and live this picture perfect life. To be honest, I'm not sure if that is even a thing. What I can share is my journey, what I have learned and most importantly a place to not feel so alone.
I picked up a saying not too long ago, and its helped keep me going forward. If you aren't open minded and want to keep growing in knowledge you won't be able to go places.
With that being said, I am in no where near an expert and all experiences shared doesn't mean it's the right fit. After all, I went from phlebotomy, prescription insurance, selling tanning memberships, dance memberships, assistant store manger, the annoying phone call girl for major companies, orthodontics office, to most recently the shampoo dealer and model home host. Just about everything in-between of waiting tables and oil field companies. I didn't just learn from co-workers, but also from former bosses, ex relationships, broken family ties, mended family, netflix and books. I also learned about myself and my limits, what it meant to have a safe place and a safe person.
I have learned so much, and I still learn, but I finally decided it is time to share how I "adult". I will always be transparent and with that being said that doesn't always mean I am ready to share in public or at all. This is meant to be a safe place for not only those who feel alone but also for us who are sharing our stories.

Lets talk...who is Kaitlyn Guay. Hello friends, I live in Maine, U.S.A. I'm here to talk about my passions, experiences, and just everyday life that we all face. I'm heading into my senior year of high school and diving into the college search, so if you have any questions about that process, I'm here to talk!
Some fun facts about who I am and what makes me me. I am competitive rock climbing, primarily at indoor gyms for about 7 years. I am a singer/songwriter, and actually released my own music on multiple streaming platforms such as Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, and counting. I also just created an influencer Instagram account to show off my styles and life tips. I figured, why not try everything life has to offer? Ya know?
Overall though, I'm just a girl heading through life full steam ahead, excited for where it takes me and ready for what is to come. I'm excited to share this journey with you.
Let’s talk about ME
My name is Kaitlyn Veach. I was born March 9, 1996 (& for those of you that are into astrology I am a Pisces through and THROUGH). I am still young, but I have lived a life that has given me knowledge and wisdom far beyond my years.
I am a very intuitive and empathetic person in every aspect of my life. Sometimes this comes as a blessing and other times it feels more like a curse, but at the end of the day it is something that is so unique and I’m learning to embrace it and see the beauty in my gift. I am a daughter, a sister, a friend, a wife, & a mother.. I am many things to many people. Above all this, I am simply a work in progress. I struggle with many things as most of us do, but I am working and striving everyday to achieve my goals and become the best version of myself that I can possibly be. By no means am I a psychologist, nor do I have all the answers to life’s hardest questions, but what I do have is an open heart and a passion to be a light in this (sometimes) dark and crazy world.
